You will receive your item from PostNL.

If you choose the option Standard delivery without track and trace, you can not hold us accountable if you do not receive your package. If you choose this delivery option and you do not receive your item, we can't sent you a new item or a refund.

To return your product, you should write an e-mail to info@wearmarylou.com. We will send you a return link. Then you need to follow the return instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will pay for your returnlabel when you follow the return instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
